At Eden Home and Garden, we offer free standard delivery on orders of £200 or more within Mainland England and Wales. For orders below £200, a standard delivery fee of £24.99 applies.

Please note, we do not currently deliver to Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, or any offshore islands.
Delivery times vary depending on your region and order quantity. Our regional delivery schedule is as follows:
Monday: South West, Wales, and West Midlands
Tuesday: North West, Yorkshire and Humber, and North East
Wednesday: East Midlands, West Midlands, and East England
Sunday and Thursday: Greater London, South Central, and South East
While we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date or time when you place your order, you will receive an email and/or text notification with your delivery day and an estimated time window once your order is dispatched.
These messages will include a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery in real-time on the day it arrives.
We use our own fleet of vehicles to ensure your products arrive safely and on schedule.
A signature will be required upon delivery for security purposes. If no one is available to accept the delivery as planned, a re-delivery fee of £24.99 will be charged.
Please inspect your goods for any damage or missing items before signing. If you cannot inspect fully at the time of delivery, sign as “unchecked” and contact us immediately with any concerns.
If your delivery arrives damaged, please notify the driver so they can report it to us right away.
Our drivers are not insured to carry items beyond the kerbside or doorstep. For larger orders, we recommend arranging help to move your panels once delivered.
If a delivery attempt fails and your order is subsequently cancelled instead of rescheduled, a carriage charge of £24.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover the initial delivery attempt.

Our panels are produced in batches, so slight colour differences may occur between batches.
To ensure consistency, please order enough panels for your entire project in one order.
If you need an exact colour match for additional orders, note the batch number on your packaging and contact us promptly at sales@edenhomeandgarden.com for assistance.
PVC panels must be kept away from UV light (both direct and indirect sunlight) and protected from weather exposure such as rain, as this can damage the surface print.
We recommend storing and cutting panels indoors immediately upon delivery to prevent warping, discoloration, or surface damage.
Store panels flat on the floor indoors to avoid bending or bowing.
Avoid standing panels upright, as this can cause warping and complicate installation.
Protect panel edges from accidental knocks or damage.
Please wait to book any tradespeople until after you’ve received your order and confirmed everything is correct.
We cannot accept responsibility for any third-party costs incurred due to delayed deliveries.
All deliveries are made to the kerbside or doorstep only.
For larger deliveries, we advise having someone available to help receive and move your items safely.
While we strive to deliver within the stated timeframe, occasional delays may happen.
If your order is not delivered within 30 days from the order date, you have the right to request a refund or replacement under Distance Selling Regulations.
